I am an independent book and archive conservator based in Haringey, North London, with over 11 years of experience in the heritage sector. My professional background spans museums, libraries and bookselling, with a strong focus on conservation, stakeholder engagement, accessibility, outreach, and collections care.

Skilled in project management, teaching, and event coordination, I have successfully led large-scale collections moves, archive cleans, and audits. My expertise includes interventive conservation, restoration, and bespoke box-making.

With a background in museum studies and frontline customer service, I offer a practical and empathetic approach to heritage work. I teach students, professionals and volunteers in interventive and preventive conservation methods.

I contribute to the professional field as a proofreader for the European conservation journal 'Conservation Update' and have written for publication. Most recently a review of 'Conservation of Books' for the Society of Bookbinders’ journal 'The Bookbinder' (2024).

I hold a BA in Book Conservation and an MA in Book Arts from Camberwell College of Arts and a further MA in English Literary Studies from the University of York. My past roles include working with institutions such as the Linnean Society of London, All Souls College Oxford, The National Trust and Maggs Bros.
